OEM warranty with Netcon assistance
Netcon support team will act as a coordinator between OEM and the customer.Any RMA, TAC assistance is provided by Netcon as per the agreed SLA.

Netcon Support Team covers the end to end support for the IT equipments availed through Netcon.
